How long does the battery last?
More than 50 days on one full charge with normal use (two minutes, twice a day). Left unused, a full charge holds for up to 180 days. Charging takes 2–3 hours using the USB cable.
Can I use it in the shower?
Yes. The X1 is rated IPX7 waterproof, so it is safe to rinse under the tap and use in the shower.
How often should I replace the brush head?
Replace a brush head when the bristles become worn. Most people swap about every three months. Your X1 comes with four heads in total.
Is it gentle enough for sensitive gums?
The bristles have ultra-fine 0.02 mm tapered, rounded tips. Start with a gentler mode and let the brush do the work without pressing hard.
Can I share brush heads?
No. Each person should use their own brush head. Get a different colour handle for everyone at home.
